Nominations and applications will be accepted until the position is filled. However, to ensure full consideration, applications and nominations should be received by November 1, 2008. Screening will begin shortly after this date. All applications will be held in strict confidence.
Individuals wishing to place names in nomination should submit a letter of nomination, including name, position, address and telephone number of the nominee.
