10-194-188 REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL III
An advanced course that updates the student on current trends in appraisal theory and practice as well as recent changes in public policy. It is approved as the pre-licensing requirement, in addition to Real Estate Appraisal I and II, for Certified General licensing in the State of Wisconsin. Certified General licensing allows the licensee to appraise all types of real property. Prerequisites: 10-194-186 and 10-194-187. Lecture. 3 credits.
10-194-189 REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL 1 - PART B
This course will cover the following topics in the Appraisal Licensure process: Residential Site Valuation and Cost Approach; Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches; residential Report Writing and Case Studies; and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
