Students who would like copies of their official transcript to be sent to another institution must fill out a transcript request form.
Forms are available at the Academic Advising/Registration/Records Office. A student who wishes official copies of transcripts or test scores which have been sent to Nicolet from other institutions must request this information from those other institution. Only unofficial copies of records from other institutions can be obtained at Nicolet's Academic Advising/Registration/Records Office.
