There are many student clubs active on the Nicolet College campus. The main purpose of each club is to provide the opportunity to gain educational experience in working toward desired club goals.
Affiliated with the national American Culinary Federation, this organization promotes mentoring relationships and certification opportunities for students in any of Nicolet's culinary programs. Professional culinary activities, fundraising efforts, chef demonstrations, and attendance at regional conferences are the foundation of the club's activities. Additional possibilities include culinary and recipe competitions, community service projects, and participation in Nicolet's many campus-wide events.

The Automotive Club promotes a professional attitude, image, and industry network opportunities for automotive students. Activities include industry tours, the Chicago Auto Show, and a number of racing venues.

Nicolet College has an active chapter of Business Professionals of America. Business Professionals is a national organization for any student who is currently enrolled in a business course or program in a post-secondary institution.
The organization offers business students the opportunity to broaden their career opportunities; have contact with the business community; and compete, as well as interact, with students in other two- and four-year colleges. Since the local chapter was formed, a number of Nicolet students have participated in state competitions and several have qualified for and competed in national Business Professional competitions held in such locations as San Francisco and Orlando.

The Campus Crusade Student Club is a student organization that is an interdenominational Christian ministry committed to showing people how they can know and experience God's plan for their lives.

The mission of the Nicolet College Criminal Justice Association is to encourage fellowship among members while promoting an atmosphere conducive to personal inquiry and growth. Through mentorship, the Criminal Justice Association seeks to develop leadership and citizenship skills of its members to their highest potential, while encouraging professional pride, community service and strict adherence to the code of professional ethics.

SAGED provides students with a vehicle for friendship and peer support and is committed in bringing diverse cultures to the Nicolet campus in many ways. Some years the leadership is dynamic and involves students in a variety of activities such as Indian taco sales, attending pow wows, co-sponsoring plays, and participating in student government activities. Other years, students prefer to just get together with their peers and socialize. Membership is open to anyone, and the direction the club takes is as varied as the members are each semester. All day care staff and parents of enrolled children are members of the Nicolet Day Care Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO). The purpose of the PTO is to involve parents in curriculum and program evaluation, policy development, and fund raising events of the center. The PTO also provides a setting in which common concerns can be discussed, parenting strengthened, and social interaction among parents and staff developed in a cooperative atmosphere.

This student club engages its members in a variety of social and educational experiences regarding the survey profession.

The Nicolet College Student Nature Conservancy helps preserve the plants, animals, and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive. Members do this by participating in a variety of activities designed to enjoy, educate about, and financially support the preservation of Mother Earth.
Nicolet Student Nurse Club is an organization for students in the Associate Degree Nursing Program. Student involvement provides opportunities for individual growth, leadership and personal ethics. Student Nurse Club's activities include fund raising for NCLEX review courses, sponsorship for nursing students at Wisconsin's Nurses' Day at the Capitol, and other educational opportunities in the healthcare field. Community stewardship includes participation in community food/ clothing drives and community health screening.

The Peace Coalition creates a forum for the discussion and expression of ideas and community awareness in global peace and non-violent resolution.
Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year colleges. Nicolet's Chapter, Alpha Nu Iota, focuses its efforts on service and scholarship. Members are asked to join bythe president of the college after being nominated by an instructor. The nominee must be a full-time student with at least 12 credit hours of course work completed and must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Initiates are responsible for the $50 membership fee and are entitled to a membership certificate, transcript stamp, a Phi Theta Kappa pin, placement on national transfer and employment databases, and a two-year subscription to all Phi Theta Kappa publications. Members must maintain a GPA of 3.50 or higher while they are members.

The S.A.S.S. Club is a student organization for any student that has chosen to return to school after an extended period of time.
The organization offers students the opportunity to establish peer support and friendships with other students, as well as a setting in which common concerns and interests can be discussed.
Activities include monthly meetings with special interest presenters, as well as conducting fundraisers for attending career conferences or special interest field trips.

All Nicolet students are eligible and encouraged to participate in student government. In addition to representing the student body and having an important voice in campus policy, Student Government works with the Student Life Office in providing campus events and entertainment. All Student Government-sponsored events are funded by the Student Activity Fund.
Student Government members have the opportunity to attend leadership conferences and participate in Wisconsin Student Government. Participation provides leadership and management skills that last a lifetime.

Nicolet College has a student association affiliated with the local, state, and national Associations for the Education of Young Children (AEYC). Locally, the student association works through the Northwoods AEYC allowing the student an opportunity to participate in local professional meetings, in-service training, conferences, networking, mentoring, and special events, such as the annual celebration of the National Week of the Young Child.
Participation in the student AEYC is open to any Nicolet College student currently enrolled in degree or special interest child care and development courses or programs.

The Welding Club promotes fellowship among its members and involvement in the community. The club is also affiliated with V.I.C.A. and the American Welding Society.
