Nicolet College has two campuses, the main campus along Lake Julia just south of Rhinelander and the satellite Lakeland Campus located in Minocqua. Nicolet also operates outreach centers in Lac du Flambeau, Mole Lake, and Mercer.

The Nicolet campus in Rhinelander is located on County Highway G. The campus is situated on 280 acres of forest on the shores of Lake Julia. The main buildings include the following:

This regional campus facility brings Nicolet College programming and services to Minocqua and the surrounding area communities. Instructors on campus and through the interactive television system deliver University Transfer, technical associate degree, certificate, occupational, continuing education, and enrichment courses. The entire Business Management associate degree can be completed in a part time evening sequence. GED/HSED preparation and academic skill building for students entering or retaining employment or entering and succeeding in post-secondary education is also offered. The campus provides access to a state of the art computer lab with online access, library services, video conferencing, and meeting room facilities. People can register for classes at the campus as well as arrange for book purchase, academic advising, counseling, and testing.
The Lakeland Campus was constructed in the summer of 1991. It shares the same grounds as the Lakeland Union High School and is located on Highway 70 West.
Northern Advantage Job Center, located at 100 W. Keenan St. in Rhinelander, is a multi-agency service center designed to assist the employment and training needs of northern Wisconsin residents. Nicolet College Center for Business and Community Education offices, classrooms, and conference rooms are located on the first floor. A state-of-the-art computer lab and additional classroom space are located on the second floor.
